Buschel Family Fitness

Located at Freestone Park in Gilbert, AZ. We will email you a map of the park so you know exactly where to go.

For all our clients we ask that you wear workout shoes that are comfortable on your feet and wear clothes that are comfortable and made of fabrics that breathe.  You will be exercising, sweating, and may even get a little dirty from time to time.

Buschel Family Fitness FITcamp classes begin promptly at the start time so be sure to arrive a few minutes early so we can begin on time. We do not allow drop-ins for any of our programs and all participants must pre-register.

Family FITCamp (Ages 3+)

Saturday @ 8:30am – 9:30am
September 26, October 10, November 7, December 12
$25 per family each class

Our mission is to provide a healthy outdoor exercise foundation program for families. Family FITCamp is open to all youth and adults, 3 years old and older. We hope that you will join us as we play, sweat, and laugh. Be ready for team relays, fitness games, functional skill training, cardio and strength components. All skill levels welcome! Josh and Tamara will be co-leading this program.

No more than two children per adult without special permission (please contact [email protected] for options). Parents are responsible for their children during Family FITCamp. Please bring bottled water for your entire family.

You will not receive your money back if you choose not to attend. We do not accept drop-ins for our programs so you will need to pre-register if you plan to attend.

Please register for Family FITCamp below. After you register, I will send you an invoice via PayPal. After your invoice is paid I will send you the health forms, waiver and liability forms. FITCamp (Ages 18+)

Thursday @ 5:30pm – 6:30pm
September 24, October 29, November 5, November 12, November 19
$10 per adult each class

FIT (Functional Interval Training) focuses on building lean muscle and increasing endurance. Workouts are designed to be fun, burn loads of calories, boost metabolism, increase energy, help shape and tone your body, and enhance your fitness through functional challenging exercise. You will need to bring a towel or mat, water bottle, and a set of weights with you. 

You will not receive your money back for sessions that you choose not to attend. We do not accept drop-ins for our programs so you will need to pre-register if you plan to attend.
