NEW TRAINING PROGRAM EVERY 3 MONTHS

My husband is a firefighter and with his schedule I need to workout at home several times a week instead of going to the gym. Each program will be unique and different. I want to make exercising fun for you. Being a personal trainer and yoga instructor I have numerous tools in my toolbox to be able to create programs that are fun, unique, and produce results. Details are below on the most recent program. LOW IMPACT ATHLETIC TRAINING (30-DAY PROGRAM)
This is a 30-day, five day a week workout program. Low Impact Athletic Training is the perfect fit for those who are looking to avoid high impact movements, such as jumping or running. The intensity of this program is high and the workouts range in length between 30-40 minutes. If you are looking to be challenged and want to tap into your inner athlete this is the program for you. This program was designed to be followed 5 days a week for 4 weeks. The program includes cardio, strength, core, and flexibility. Low Impact Athletic Training is an online program and you will need to be connected to the internet to use the videos. Be ready to follow along and let’s get sweaty together. For less than the cost of 1 personal training session with me you can own an entire 30 day program!

What equipment do I need?
If you do not have these items already don’t sweat it, you will be doing enough of that during the program. Make sure you have all required equipment before starting the program.
The gliding discs can be substituted with paper plates if you have wood or tile floors. I highly recommend purchasing the gliding discs even if you could use the paper plates. They are worth the $20 and a great piece of equipment to add to your home gym.

Who can purchase this? Do I have to be a mom?
This is open to anyone! Men, women, and teens. I would love to have husband and wives working out together! Or if you have older kids get them in on the action too! Friendly competition only will increase your motivation and personal success during your workouts.
Where can I do these workouts?
This program is a mix of follow along workouts and also self-paced workouts. The self-paced workouts can be done at home or at the gym. Video workouts are home workouts and you will need an internet connection for the videos. Upon purchase you will be emailed a link to download your program.
What if I don’t know how to perform all the exercises?
There will be no reason for you not to be successful. I am including demos of myself performing the exercises for all self-paced workouts that you will be doing. These video clips will be linked in program.
How long will the workouts be?
You can plan on the workouts lasting anywhere between 30-40 minutes.
Is this program designed specifically for me?
This program is a generalized program and created by myself to challenge you and make you strong. You will be focusing on improving your strength, cardio, and flexibility.
